The house
A single-story furnished home with a private pool, available for stays of 30 days or longer. Each of the three bedrooms has its own queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV with Roku streaming — the rooms are equally sized and equally equipped. The living, dining, and kitchen areas open into one another, with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and no carpet anywhere. The kitchen has an island with a cooktop and seating for four, a separate range and oven, a stainless refrigerator, and a dishwasher, with cookware and dishes provided. Private laundry room with washer and dryer in unit. Smart lock entry, so arrival time doesn't matter.
Out back: a private pool with a wide deck, a covered patio running the length of the house, and a pergola-shaded seating area at the rear of the yard — shade at every hour of the day. The yard is fully block-walled and turfed. Fitness equipment (air bike, bench, dumbbells) sits under the covered patio.
